When owner confirm the 2D space planning for the layout and the materials, we can provide the 3D drawing for owner. This step will let owner to choose which angel of viewing owner wish to view. This step may take around another 1 week to complete. For 3D perspective drawing, we can let owner changing up to 3 time for each drawing.

Hacking Work
This is first contractor to start the job for renovation. This team service is to hack all the old floor & wall tiles, non-load bearing wall, old furniture including haulage of all the materials for renovation like tiles, cement, and other materials, for all the debris and old furniture will be dispose by this team.
